Now, onto the not-so-glam side. The lifts were a major buzzkill, with wait times that felt like an eternity. The AC unit in my room sounded like a freight train, making it hard to zone out after a long day.

However, the room was quite small, and the dining options lacked variety, which could be improved for longer stays.

Location is a total win—just a stone's throw from Rockefeller Center! The room was OK, comfy bed but thermostat didn’t do much. Housekeeping was kinda lackluster. they only swapped towels. Had to call for help with the shower, but the staff was quick. The lounge was cool for hanging out with a decent cafe vibe.

Fantastic location! Comfy bed and quiet room - just what you need after a day out. Close to all the action, so we had a blast exploring.
